Open Race Warm Ups: Frosh and anyone in 2.5 is at 3:55pm – 1 mile loop
All others 3:40 – jog the 5K and continue for a total of 30 min – then change into spikes
4:30 Open 1.5 Mile Race ***Note to ME – Make sure the freshmen barrier is open***
